By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the Vampbell platform, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document, together with Vampbell's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of this agreement.

If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the vampbell platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to the terms constitutes acceptance of those amended terms.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account on vampbell. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, or payment method — are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being terminated.

Vampbell uses a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify member identities. You are required to provide the following documents when requested:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport
• A clear selfie holding your identification document
• Proof of address (recent bank statement or utility bill dated within the last 3 months)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposit

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vampbell platform:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game results (particularly in table games or poker)
• Use of a VPN or proxy to conceal your true location and bypass regional restrictions

• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform to other users

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances and wins held in the account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your Vampbell account login credentials. Vampbell recommends the following steps to protect your account:

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members

Vampbell will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

Vampbell is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides a range of self-control tools accessible through your account settings:

• Self-set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits to control the maximum amount you can lose within a given period
• A "playing break" feature that lets you temporarily lock your account
• Self-exclusion for a period of 6 months, 1 year, or permanently

• If vampbell is required to do so by a relevant regulatory body or authority

The vampbell platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. vampbell does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or error at all times, though we strive to maintain uptime exceeding 99.9%.

Vampbell will not be held responsible for:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or emergency technical issues
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the user's end
• Disputed game results where the RNG system has functioned correctly
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from use of the platform
• Any errors in information provided by the user during registration or KYC

Vampbell's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the disputed incident.

Vampbell reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-account notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the vampbell platform. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of this platform shall first be resolved through vampbell's internal complaints process.

The vampbell dispute resolution process is as follows:
